About The Bar For cocktail parties we set up a small bar in the room that features the most popular drink choices, and we provide cocktail service to the main bar so everything in the restaurant is available to all of our guests. The host can pick up as much or as little of the tab as he or she wishes from a true cash bar through full service where anything in the house is on you. All bar sales are rung on our register system and your bill looks the same as it would in the main restaurant (only longer if you are paying for everyone). Many hosts choose to limit the bar in some fashion such as offering beer and wine only or setting a dollar limit on the bar tab. Below is our typical bar set up and pricing. Because of size restraints we need to keep it about this size, but can certainly substitute other beers or liquors for those listed.
