About The Food
The main difference between the Chimes menu and the Wine Cellar menu is that the Chimes menu is a short order menu. You come in, you choose, we cook it, serve it, and you eat it right away. We have developed a separate menu for cocktail parties that can be served buffet style. These are items that have staying power so guests can visit the buffet when they want during the party. A typical party of forty would select four to six items depending on how heavy they want to be on food. A rehearsal cocktail would call for more food than say a happy hour wine flight. Once we know what you think looks interesting, we will help dial in the right amount for your function. We like to have the menu set one week prior to your event to allow for special items and special treatments such as marinades. |

Desserts and that Secial Bottle of Wine
Our pastry chef can provide any dessert needed for your party from cakes and tarts to petit fours and éclairs. If you would like to bring in your own dessert, there will be a cake fee applied. For those events that call for that special bottle of wine, there is a corking fee. We can also talk about bringing in wines we don't carry in the restaurant, but please note those sales are final and any remaining bottles will not be repurchased. |

Dinner Parties
For parties of 20 or fewer regular menu service is available. The room is usually set with one long table. Parties greater than 20 must choose from a set menu and seating is in tables of four up to a maximum of 40 guests. We have developed the following packages for larger parties. These packages include a soup, salad, choice of two entrées with accompanying sauce, vegetable, side, and a dessert. You choose all of these in advance, and the guests choose between the two entrées from a small menu provided. These dinners go very smoothly once everyone has settled and ordered. It is usually a good idea to offer a seafood and a non-seafood choice unless you know the group very well. Vegetarians and small children will be accommodated from our regular menu.
