Welcome to the Wine Cellar The Chimes Wine Cellar has hosted a variety of events for parties as large as fifty. We can seat a maximum of forty guests for table service where all food and drink is served from the main restaurant, but we specialize in cocktail parties for birthdays, couples showers, Christmas parties, recruiting events, and wedding rehearsals. Parties of up to twenty may order from the Chimes regular menu. For larger parties we must employ a set menu for either a seated dinner or a cocktail buffet. All seated dinners are table service. All cocktail parties are buffet style. The room is below the main lobby of The Chimes and features its own bathrooms and an independent sound system. There is a flat panel TV with computer and music hookup capability for use during your event. The walls are old brick, the floors slate, and the ceiling pecky cypress.The wine racks are made from an old New Orleans wrought iron fence and the fireplace is a major plus on those nights chilly enough for a fire.
